Lucienne: Founder, Chocolatier and Executive Chef

Lucienne has long been known as Ithaca’s “Queen of Biscotti”. Working out of her home kitchen she has developed biscotti recipes and techniques which have been highly appreciated by her friends and acquaintances. She has more recently branched into chocolates, again wowing those lucky enough to have sampled the fruits of her labors.

You can also visit us at our Jacksonville, NY kitchen. We are open weekdays from 7:30 to 5 and Saturday from 12 to 5. We feature coffee from Gimme! Coffee. We always have a selection of fresh biscotti and chocolates available.
